Prompt volume
Prompt volume is an estimate of how often a question is asked of AI assistants, the AI-search analogue of keyword search volume.
No engine publishes its query logs, so prompt volumes are modeled from panels, search data and the engines' own suggestions. Treat them as relative, useful for ranking prompts against each other, not as absolute counts.
They help prioritize: a prompt with high estimated volume and no brand mention is worth more effort than a niche prompt you already win.
